PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISANI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership and organizational commitment to employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Krakatau Daya Tirta Cilegon, Banten. In this research, there are four variables, namely Transformational Leadership (X1), Organizational Commitment (X2), Employee Performance (Y), and Job Satisfaction (Z). This study involved 50 samples of employees of PT. Krakatau Daya Tirta Cilegon, Banten To obtain accurate results in this study using interviews, observations, and questionnaires. This research uses descriptive method, data analysis, instrument test, multiple regression analysis, t test, intervening variable path analysis and sobel test with SPSS v20 calculation. The results of this study show that : (1) Transformational Leadership is negative and not significant impact on the Job Satisfaction (2) Organizational Commitment is negative and not significant impact on the Job Satisfaction (3) Transformational Leadership is negative and not significant impact on the Employee Performance (4) Organizational commitment has no effect on employee performance (5) Job Satisfaction and not significant impact on the the Employee Performance.
