PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA, SIKAP KERJA, DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN
This study aims to determine the effect of Work Motivation, Work Attitude, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance. This research uses quantitative methods in accordance with the questionnaire and survey data collection techniques using the saturated sample method. Test data using the classical assumption test method, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test with SPSS version 25 application.
The results show that: Hypothesis 1; Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Hypothesis 2; Work attitude is not a significant positive effect on employee performance Hypothesis 3; Job satisfaction significantly influences employee performance. And Hypothesis 4; Work Motivation, Work Attitude, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance
