Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the transformational leadership style on job satisfaction. The influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction. Transformational leadership style influence on employee performance. The influence of organizational culture on employee performance. And the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance.

In this research used descriptive method. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with Likert scale measurement. Determination of the sample using a population of 84 respondents and product moment correlation coefficient.

From the calculation results SPSS v.20 program, based on research results with significance level of 5% was obtained conclusions: (1) Transformational leadership Style to job satisfaction tcount > ttable (7.655 > 1.988) then H0 rejected and H1 accepted; (2) Cultural Organization on Job Satisfaction t­count > ttable (7.425 > 1.988). Then H0 rejected and H2 is accepted; (3) The transformational leadership on Employee Performance tcount > ttable (5.626 >1.988). Then H0 rejected and H3 accepted; (4) Organizational Culture on Employee Performance thitung > ttable (5.420 > 1,988). Then H0 and rejected H4 is accepted; (5) Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance tcount > ttable (20.750 > 1.988). Then H0 rejected and H5 accepted, on PT. Krakatau Industrial Estate Cilegon-Banten
