MODEL PERILAKU BERBAGI PENGETAHUAN SEBAGAI INTERVENING DALAM MENINGKATKAN KINERJA PUBLIKASI ILMIAH
Along with the development of science there has been a major change in organizational climate. The biggest difficulty of knowledge management is changing knowledge sharing behavior. Sharing knowledge is not easy because there is a tendency to hoard knowledge for personal gain. Sharing knowledge is a process of developing themselves as well as developing the organization, towards a better direction again. This research tries to reveal the influence of organizational climate on knowledge sharing behavior. The study used structural equation model (SEM) and the respondents consist of 275 lecturers, 273 respondents from 15 accredited private universities in West Java. The findings is that an organizational climate has a very dominant influence in shaping knowledge-sharing behavior.
